Great custom bears, good support

I ordered 50 custom logo teddy bears for a corporate event last month. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, though I did call customer service once to clarify the custom embroidery turnaround time. They were very helpful and explained the digital proofing process clearly. The proofs came within 3 days, and once approved, the bears shipped out in about 10 business days as promised. Delivery to our office in Chicago took another 4 days after that. The quality of the bears is really good, very soft and the embroidery was spot on. Our clients loved them. The only small thing was the tracking link took a day or so to activate after I got the shipping confirmation, but it updated regularly after that. Overall, a solid experience for bulk custom plush.

Overall good, but slower shipping

We purchased a large quantity of their Valentine bears for our hospital gift shop. The online selection was fantastic, and the bulk pricing was definitely competitive. The bears themselves are really nice quality, very cuddly and well-made, which is important for our customers. My main critique would be the shipping speed; it took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 business days to get to us, even with a bulk order. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Value for money was decent, just plan ahead for delivery.

Nah, usually the bulk pricing is the main discount. I've never seen a coupon stack on top of it.

I tried once, didn't work for me. The big savings are really in those quantity tiers they have. Coupons are more for smaller, non-bulk stuff or a first-time order sometimes.

afaik they only ship within the US for regular orders. For Canada, you definitely need to reach out to their sales team to see if they can work something out and what the extra costs would be.

It's a wholesale place, so yeah, there's a minimum. You can't just buy like, one or two for a personal project.

They're strictly wholesale, so you'll hit a MOQ (minimum order quantity). It's not a place to grab a single bear. You'd need to buy a case or a certain number, check their product pages for specific minimums.

From what I remember when I ordered for my daycare, the custom embroidery added like, an extra 1-2 weeks maybe? They sent a digital proof though, which was nice.

Yeah, it's not super fast since it's custom. I'd budget at least two weeks after you approve the design, just to be safe. It varies a bit depending on how busy they are too.

They mention on their site that their products are safety tested. I got some for a baby shower gift, and they seemed really soft and well-made, no loose bits.

Yep, they're generally good for kids. I think they have specific lines for babies/toddlers too, so just double-check the product descriptions for any age recommendations if you're super worried. But for general plush, they pass the safety tests.
